Anders Johnsson, Chief Executive Officer

For over 25 years, Anders Johnsson has held leadership positions with international technology companies. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bamboo, Johnsson's extensive experience encompasses the management of several companies through their start-up and growth phases, including ADITUS Medical and iClin Solutions, which he founded in Malmö, Sweden. An engineer by education and early professional experience, Johnsson has held positions as a Systems Analyst, Product Owner, Business Unit Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing, and has served as CEO and as a Board member for several companies. With his wealth of experience in the technology sector, Johnsson brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his leadership of Bamboo.

 

 

Julie Auletta, Solutions Director

As Solutions Director for Bamboo Solutions, Julie Auletta is responsible for all areas of services and consulting, including packaged software products and custom applications. She brings more than 20 years of consulting experience to her position, having led numerous successful consulting organizations. Prior to Bamboo Solutions, Julie managed a Project Management Group for Litton/PRC, where she was responsible for implementing commercial-based enterprise document management solutions for various government and commercial projects. Prior to heading the Project Management Group, Julie helped form the Product Quality and Test Group used to ensure quality deliverables for the software product development group. Julie also worked as a Facilities Engineer for Litton/PRC involved in several projects relating to facility and utility planning, Environmental Impact, and Feasibility Studies. Julie holds a M.S. in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

 

Lindsay Bergstrom, Director of Finance and Operations

As Director of Finance and Operations for Bamboo Solutions, Lindsay Bergstrom is responsible for the management of both the company's Accounting and Finance Department along with the Department of Domestic and International Sales. She brings more than nine years of accounting and management experience to her position, as she oversees all company accounting and finance practices, serves as the primary liaison with sales, product development, and business information systems, and is responsible for the strategic development and execution of revenue capture. Prior to Bamboo Solutions, Lindsay acted as Assistant Controller for Overwatch Systems of Virginia, Inc., where she was responsible for the management of four locations and all accounting functions related to government contracts. Prior to Overwatch, Lindsay began her career as an auditor for the Defense Contract Audit Agency where she performed various audits for all government contracts through the Department of Defense. Lindsay also worked as an associate within the Internal Audit Regulatory & Compliance segment of KPMG's Aerospace & Defense Advisory Practice. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Spanish from Grove City College.

Muhammad Piracha , Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering for Bamboo Solutions, Muhammad Piracha is responsible for leading our developer and quality assurance teams, as well as supporting personnel in all areas of design, development, and maintenance of Bamboo Solutions' products. Muhammad is also the driving force behind the current development of the company's first mobile SharePoint Application, practicing his strong belief of technology's capability to act as a simple and easy solution for the end user. Muhammad brings more than 15 years of experience to his position, having previously been employed with Vidar Systems Corporation—the company which grew into Bamboo Solutions—as a Software Engineer. With the entirety of Muhammad's professional career having been focused on delivering commercial software on the Microsoft stack in general, and SharePoint in particular, he brings an array of diverse skills and passion for "smart technology" to the innovative processes which result in Bamboo Solutions' products. Muhammad holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Staten Island.

Lars Thulin, Director

Mr. Thulin is President and CEO of Yggdrasil AB, a Swedish investment company with over $1.5 billion capital under management.  Prior to Yggdrasil, Mr. Thulin owned and operated the investment company Provivo, AB. He began his career with British Petroleum in the 1960’s and graduated from Stockholm School of Economics in 1968.








Gunder Lilius, Chairman

Mr. Lilius serves as a Chairman at Bamboo Solutions Corporation. He currently also serves as a director of Sigma, AB and Epsilon AB. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Lilius was CEO of Vidar Systems Corporation where he successfully grew the company to become the market leader in large-format engineering scanners. Vidar merged with Contex Holdings A/S in 2002. Prior to Vidar, Mr. Lilus was responsible for venture capital operations at Yggdrasil, AB, a Swedish investment/holding company. He joined Yggdrasil in 1984 after founding and operating his own IT consulting company located in Sweden. He began his career with IBM in the mid 60's.
