Once the software has been delivered to you, we do not provide refunds. The key reason is that we make available a fully-functional trial version of the product for download and testing -- with no disabled features. This trial version expires after 30 days. We feel that this should allow any potential customer to fully test and familiarize themselves with the product before making a purchase decision.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of fraud - where an order has been placed using a stolen credit card. If this is the case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org contact information for your credit card issuer and once we confirm a case of fraud, we will issue a full refund.
