Make special note of the SharePoint version that you are downloading. Product line items are conveniently grouped for SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010. Be sure to add the correct version to your cart and make sure it is the "Trial Download" item. This will ensure that your cart has a $0 checkout balance. There are no payments, shipping charges, or taxes required for Trial Downloads, but the full Checkout process through our Storefront is necessary. You will have to register and create an account with the Bamboo Storefront so that we can send you an e-mail with the download link to your software. Once you complete the Checkout process and receive our download e-mail, you should be able to download and install the software within minutes. Once you decide to purchase your product, you can follow the purchase instructions below to obtain a software license key. This key can be used to unlock the time limit on your Trial Download and no repeat download/installation of the software is necessary.

Make special note of the SharePoint version that you are purchasing. Product line items are conveniently grouped for SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010. Be sure to add the correct version to your cart and make sure it is of type "Server License". If you have not already done so through the trial download registration process, you will have to register and create an account with the Bamboo Storefront so that we can send you an e-mail with the download link and license key for your software. Once you complete the Checkout process and receive our download e-mail, you should be able to download and install the software within minutes. Your product license key will be included as part of your product download e-mail.
Upgrading Product Support:
All Bamboo products sold include 1-year of free Basic Support. Basic Support provides you with access to our support team via the MyBamboo support portal and free minor upgrades for 1-year. To upgrade to Premium Support, add the Premium Support option to your Shopping Cart prior to Checkout. The number of Premium Support units purchased will automatically be incremented to match the number of Server Licenses you are requesting. Premium Support upgrades can only be facilitated through the Storefront at the time the software licenses are purchased. Please use the MyBamboo support portal to upgrade your support plan after this time.

While this Quick Start Guide is not as detailed as the full installation documentation, it will provide you with a handy reference to fall back on during the install process.
