Bamboo Solutions Technical Support and Maintenance Plans
Thank you for choosing our SharePoint products. We are pleased to provide you with different support plans to meet the need of your business. All of our products come with the following free support:
- Free Trial Support – Free trial support is available to anyone who downloads a product for the trial period. Trial support is available via Email only.
- Free Technical Support – Free technical support and product maintenance releases (service packs) are available for the product you purchased for free, within 30 days of the date of purchase. Support is available via Email only. This will provide the quickest and most efficient support for you.
- Free Service Packs - Our bug fixes and maintenance (service packs) releases are available for download as long as the version is still actively supported.
- Our Knowledge Base is available, 24x7 for community-based questions and answers. Our knowledge base is regularly monitored and posted to by our technical support staff. Please use our help desk email for trouble reporting.
After 30 days from the purchase date, your additional support options are:
- Email support with 1 business day response.
- Telephone support is available from 9 AM to 6 PM US EST (GMT-5), and 9 AM to 6 PM Central Europe Time (GMT+1), with 1 business day response.
- Available at the rate of $90 per incident (incidents can last up to 1 hour).
- To purchase a per incident support plan, please call 703.964.2018 or 703.964.2002.
- Basic Annual Support & Maintenance: Technical support and service pack releases are available for the product you purchased for 1 year from the date of purchase. The typical price is 20% of the product’s list price, with a $50 minimum. Please refer to each product’s description page for pricing information.
- Email support with 2 business day response, up to 3 support incidents per year.
- Telephone support is available from 9 AM to 6 PM US EST (GMT-5), and 9 AM to 6 PM Central Europe Time (GMT+1), with 2 business day response.
- Free one year of maintenance and service pack update releases.
- Premium Annual Support & Maintenance: Technical support, minor product upgrades and major releases are available for the product you purchased for 1 year from the date of purchase. Bamboo Solutions typically provides one major upgrade per year. The typical annual subscription price is 50% of the product’s list price. Please refer to each product’s description page for pricing information.
- Email support with 4 hours response time, up to 6 incidents per year.
- Telephone support is available from 9 AM to 6 PM US EST (GMT-5), and 9 AM to 6 PM Central Europe Time (GMT+1), with 4 hours response time.
- Free maintenance, minor and major version update releases.
- Invitation to participate in beta release programs.
