| Inside Sales Representative |
Presently, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The position will become part of a sales team responsible for achieving targets for existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional who is personally oriented to building trusted and lasting relationships with prospective customers.
|
Activities Include:
Telemarketing/telesales campaigns; providing pre-sales support and services; identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities; devise sales plans and strategies that understand our unique customer requirements.
|
Core Job Functions Include:
Proactively engage in developing and qualifying selling opportunities within territory assignment.
Collaboratively establish/define buying objectives and or requirements with information technology executives, managers and project managers. Help prospects understand where Bamboo products and services can deliver value in their business. Collaborate with other groups within BAMBOO as required in the selling process. Build, maintain, and forecast a pipeline of personal opportunities. Limited travel, if any.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 1+ year of B2B outbound sales / telesales / lead generation experience including cold calling, qualifying and follow-up, selling software or IT services.
- Quota carrying experience is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency using MS Office.
- Understanding and aptitude for the Information Technology Industry, including the ability to understand and explain product capabilities and benefits associated with technical software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective client presentations using collaboration, online presentation and other tools.

| SharePoint Technical Writer |
The primary responsibility for this position is working with the product management team and technical resources to develop, write, and maintain software installation, configuration and usage instructions, online knowledge base content, supporting blog articles, quick start guides, supporting graphics, and web content for our online storefront.
|
Responsibilities:
Working under minimal supervision, this position reviews, develops, and edits complex written and graphic technical materials, including system configurations and workflow diagrams. Ensures compliance with industry standards and best practices of style and format; excellent usage of the written English language, and overall structure and organization of material to create professional documentation.
|
Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Communications, English, or a technical field
- 4+ years' experience as a technical writer
- Ability to complete assigned deliverables within timelines and work well in a fast-paced project environment
- Ideal candidate should have end user documentation,training documentation,and experience with software products
- Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Ability to collaborate well with others in a team environment
- Strong organization, project management, detail-oriented and results-oriented focus
- Experience with print, web-based, and electronic delivery of documents
- Familiar with business software and in particular requirements management software
- Proficiency with HTML
- Knowledge of CSS

| Senior SharePoint Support Engineer / Senior SharePoint Administrator |
Are you a rock-star SharePoint administrator? If so, Bamboo wants you! The Senior SharePoint Support Engineer will work with Bamboo's customers globally to make sure Bamboo's products and the customer's SharePoint implementation are performing optimally. Your SharePoint expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills and passion for helping people will make you an integral part of the Bamboo team, acting as the top tier of support and root cause analysis. You'll be working directly with our largest customers helping them realize the value of their SharePoint investment. You will also serve as a mentor to other support engineers and be a key contributor to the direction of our support and services organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Support.
