APPLIES TO:

SYMPTOM
When you configure a Bamboo Video Library to connect to a Bamboo File Share Library, the media files and folders in the File Share Library are not synchronized to the Video Library.
CAUSE
The Bamboo Video Library Master Job may not be running. This problem may happen after Video Library is upgraded from one version to another. To verify this is the issue:
- Go to SharePoint Central Administration.
- In the Monitoring section, click Check job status.

- In the Timer Links section of the Quick Launch, click Job Definitions.

- Look for the Bamboo Video Library Master Job for the Web application where the Video Library was created. If you do not see this job in the list, follow the steps in the Resolution section below to activate the timer job.

RESOLUTION
Activate the Bamboo Video Library Master Timer Job feature in Central Administration.
- Go to SharePoint Central Administration.
- In the Application Management section, click Manage web applications.

- Click the Web application where the File Share Library is not working, and then click Manage Features in the Web Applications ribbon.

- Locate the Bamboo Video Library Master Timer Jobs feature and click Activate.
