    • If Calendar Plus Web Part's data source is a SharePoint List or Library, Web Part Connections is only supported for the defined Base Columns that include the Display Column, Start Date and End Date.

    • The user receives an "Access Denied" error when attempting to use a SharePoint List as a data source.
    • Icons appear on the calendar, but not in the legend.
    • The Web Part displays a script error when users add a New Item if the parent list name contains an apostrophe.

    Resolved Customer-Reported Bugs and Known Issues/Limitations:

    • The deployment of the June 2011 Cumulative Update causes several issues including: a security validation error appears in the SharePoint List and Library category of the Calendar Plus Web Part Settings window when configuring Step 3 causing the Sharepoint columns to not appear in the dropdown, and another security validation error appears when attempting to create a New Item in Calendar Plus Web Part.
    • Content-rich item tool tip fails to display values for columns of type Lookup.
    • All Day events that are only 1 day in length display as 2 days in Calendar Plus Web Part.
    • If a new SharePoint List or Library is added to Calendar Plus Web Part where the name of the list or library contains either the ampersand (&) or single quote ('), or if the list or library alias "Calendar Name" includes one of these characters, items do not display in the calendar view, and if user attempts to modify or delete the list or library in the Web Part settings, they will receive an error.
    • If Calendar Plus Web Part is configured with List Rollup - Classic Edition rollup and color coding is based on the List Rollup special column Site Name, all users are able to view all Site Names even if the user does not have access to that site.
    • If user has only Limited Access to the site, but permission view items of a specific list, Calendar Plus Web Part fails to display items of the list the user has access to.
    • If connected to a List Rollup Schema that aggregates lists of type Calendar, All Day events fails to display in Day View.

    • When Color-Coding for the column "Created By", it was based on domain name (domain\jsmith), not display name (Jane Smith).
    • In 'Month View' if the an item begins on Sunday and it spans across multiple days, and Work Week is set to start on Monday, the item fails to appear in the Month View.
    • Columns of type Bamboo Lookup Selector with 'Allow Multiple Selections' enabled, fails to display in Calendar Plus Web Part item tooltips.
    • In certain cases, when filtering Calendar Plus Web Part using Run-Time View Filter option, items do not appear in the calendar even though they exist in the selected view.

    • TODAY view should show events based on Site Regional Settings (not server).
    • Web part connection with HW61 List Filter Web Part using multi-lookup column doesn't work properly.
    • Calendar plus connected to HW61 List Filter Web Part. The data source for calendar is a List Rollup Classic. Move from one month to the next, the calendar becomes un-filtered. Need to click the "Apply Filter" link each time to get filtered data.
    • Year view truncated.
    • The display data is not sorted by the Start date column in Gantt View List Rollup schema mode.
    • Some recurrent events don't show text in Work Week view when configuring items with the description column.
    • Recurrent events don't show text if calendar width is narrow.
    • Text in cells disappears if they are recurring events in users' custom master page.
    • The width of last item is great than first items on the same day.
    • Resolve issues for Day and week view.
    • Day view display issue. Has 8+ all day events on one day. Set month view to show 5 and see the More... link. Click on More links, all the events for that day are not shown in day view.

    • When Calendar Plus Web Part is connected to a SharePoint List or Library, defined color-coding becomes skewed in certain cases with columns of type Choice.
    • Day view does not display all All-Day Events.
    • When using Custom CSS mode on certain Master Pages, Calendar View buttons are not displaying in toolbar.
    • When using SharePoint List Views as a filter, certain filter combinations in that List View returns no items in Calendar Plus Web Part.
    • On Calendar Plus Web Part first load, Holiday color-coding does not appear.
    • Filtering of SharePoint Lists in Calendar Plus Web Part using Not Equal To returns no results even though items meet the criteria.
    • When connecting to SQL Table or View, if the user enters the format of a date column in a format differnt from United States, the Calendar Plus Web Part will return the following error: "Error RenderCalendar: The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value."
    • If SharePoint Site is using SharePoint Theme Vintage with Default.MasterPage, the tooltip widths do not resize correctly.
    • If the SharePoint Site uses a custom MasterPage style, defined colors code for Item Identification does not apply successfully.
    • When connected to SharePoint List or Library, in certain cases not all items from the source list are being displayed in Calendar Plus Web Part.
    • When connected to SharePoint List or Library, in certain cases newly created items are not displayed in Calendar Plus Web Part.
    • When connected to SharePoint List or Library, selecting a column of type Calculated as the Display Column displays html tags.
    • When connected to SharePoint List or Library, if filtering on columns that include a "space" no items are returned.
    • When connected to Bamboo List Rollup, filtering in Calendar Plus Web Part is not applied to the List Rollup data set. NOTE: Bamboo List Rollup Web Part Release 5.0.84 or later is required.
    • If more than one value used for color-coding ends in the same text, all items displays the same color in the calendar views.
    • If the option Include Associated Content Types is enabled, the Content Types' sub-menu does not display the description of the included Content Types.
    • If the color legend spans beyond the height of the Web Part, sroll bars are shown. If the user expand and collapses List and Library groupings, the scroll bar is no longer available.
    • Holdiay lists do not text wrap even if the setting is enabled.
    • If user creates a new SharePoint Events item and selects the option to create a Workspace, the Workspace creation page is not displayed
    • If viewing Bamboo List Rollup data in Gantt view, the Gantt chart does not span the full width of the Web Part.

    This build is for an environment on SharePoint Foundation 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010 that does not already have Bamboo products installed. Currently we do not support in-place upgrades.

    Known Issues & Limitations
    R4.7.60

    New Known Issues:

    • Adding a new event from the toolbar after enabling "Launch forms in a dialog" from the SharePoint List Settings displays a JavaScript error.
    • After upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.7.60, custom list views are not displayed as runtime filter options (Workaround: From the SharePoint Lists or Libraries web part setting, open the Edit/View popup, then click Save and Close).
    • The border CSS properties do not appear in the web part after upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.7.60 (Workaround: Edit the web part, select a different skin and edit the CSS)

    New Limitations:

    • After upgrading or migrating from Calendar Plus R4.7.40 connected to an Exchange data source to Calendar Plus R4.7.60 or newer, please restart the SharePoint Timer Service and then the Internet Information Services (IIS).
    • After installing or removing the Exchange Web Services (EWS Managed API) component, restart the SharePoint Timer Service and then the Internet Information Services (IIS) to enable/disable the Microsoft Exchange tab in the web part settings.

    New Known Issues:

    • After upgrading Calendar Plus from R4.5 to R4.7, color coding for column values containing special characters is not displayed (Workaround: Open the Web Part Setting, and click Save).

    Limitations:

    • Adding or editing a numeric Lookup column value from a List Rollup data source does not generate the color-coding for that calendar event (Workaround: Open the Web Part Setting, and click Save).

    Known Issues:

    • Upgrading Calendar Plus Web Part from version 4.5 to version 4.6 causes a JavaScript error and the Web Part settings are not accessible. (WORKAROUND: After upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.6, please clear the browser cache [Ctrl+F5]).
    • Calculated, Choice, Lookup, Multiple Person or Group, and Multiple Lines of Text, and ID columns may not be supported when specifying the filter conditions from the Web Part settings or when configuring Web Part connections.
    • 'Between', 'Not Between', 'is empty' and 'is not empty' operators do not function when Specifying Filter Conditions in the Data Source Settings.
    • Selecting 'Go to Date' or 'New Item' from the Gantt View toolbar may cause scrollbars to appear.
    • Calendar Names displayed in the Legend are persistent with no correlating events appearing on the calendar interface.
    • Custom column values may not appear in the Gantt View interface.
    • Events beginning at 11:00PM and ending the next day at 12:00AM are not displayed on the second day of the Day View.
    • Connecting Bamboo List Filter Web Part to Calendar Plus Web Part is only supported with SharePoint List or Library or Bamboo List Rollup data sources.

    Limitations:

    • Multiple Line of Text columns are displayed in a single row in the Gantt View interface.
    • Multiple concurrent events may not be evenly divided within the same day column in the Work Week View.
    • Tooltip delays are not supported in the Gantt View.
    • All Day Events, Multiple Line of Text, Calculated, Attachments, Recurrence, Hyperlink, Workspace, and ID columns are not supported when configuring web part connections with List Filter Web Part.
    • Gantt View can only display a single SharePoint List or Library.
    • New Adding additional column values requires assigning color from the Item Identification setting for them to appear in the legend display.
    R4.5.190 New Known Issues:

    • From Today view, when open and close an item Calendar Plus takes user to the Day view instead of going back to Today view.
    • If "First Day of Week" is set to Wednesday in the Day and Work Week View Settings, Calendar shows script error: "Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException..." when click on the Work Week tab.
    • Does not support sorting/ filtering on Calculated column when the data source is List Rollup.

    Known Issues:

    • Select a column for filtering using Web Part Connection or List Filter Web Part does not work when the column is a lookup column, which gets the data source from datetime type or number type.
    • When the data source is a SharePoint list or List Rollup and sorting for the Gantt View using the ID column of the Calendar list, Web Part shows error "RenderCalendar: Input string was not in a correct format....".
    • If Lookup column with multiple values is used for filtering, the filter results when Calendar Plus is using List Filter Web Part is different than the filter results when Calendar Plus is using Web Part Connection to a list.
    • The data of Schedule Status custom column from Project Management Central is not shown in Gantt view.
    • The ID column is not support for filtering including filtering in toolpane, filtering in Web Part Connection to list, or from List Filter Web Part.
    • When selecting the people picker for color coding or for Item Identifications and if the site has over 100 users, the configuration shows error "OnPreRender : An item with the same key has already been added".
    • When there are more than 100 users in a site, if users want to color code User filed, use people picker. Check users name function for this field in the tool part is disable in this release.
    • In Day view, if an item expands to between 11:00PM and 12:00AM, the item cell ends before the defined time.
    • Bamboo List Filter Web Part can only connect to Calendar Plus Web Part if the data source is SharePoint List or Library or Bamboo List Rollup Classic Edition.
    • When the data source is List Rollup classic mode, at quarter, year ,  or week view Calendar Plus does not show event that belongs to “More… “ when filter by datetime.

    Limitations:

    • When using List Filter Web for filtering, the following columns are not support for filtering and therefore are not showing in the drop-down for selecting the target column: "All day events" , Multiple line of text, Calculated, Attachments, Recurrence, Hyperlink, Workspace, and ID.
    • This product can be migrated from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010. However, there are limitations to the migration procedure. Read KB.12630: How to Migrate Bamboo Products from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 for more information.
    • If Calendar Plus Web Part is added on a page created by a List View (example: allitems.aspx), user will receive the error: "ListRollupSettings :: btnWegPart_Click :: Invalid URL argument." Work Around: Use the Calendar Plus Web Part on a page that was not generated by creating a List View.
    • If Calendar Plus Web Part's data source is a SharePoint List or Library, and a selected List or Library View is applied as the filter, the view' Item Limits are not honored.
    • If Calendar Plus Web Part's data source is a SharePoint List or Library, only one SharePoint List or Library can be displayed in the Gantt View. Work Around: Utilize the Bamboo product List Rollup Web Part to aggregate multiple lists into a single view then connect Calendar Plus Web Part to the resulting List Rollup.
    • In SharePoint List and Library category of the Calendar Plus Web Part Settings window, the column headers in the included SharePoint Lists and/or Libraries grid cannot be modified by the Bamboo Language files.
    • If Calendar Plus Web Part's data source is Bamboo List Rollup, when configuring Step 8 - Item Identification, the top 200 distinct records are returned.
    • Calendar Plus Web Part's Print functionality uses HTML to generate the Print Friendly page. As a result, the calendar view span multiple pages.
    • Calendar Plus Web Part's Print functionality for Gantt view is limited to what you see is what you get. If items in the Gantt View span beyond the initial view, causing scroll bars to view, you will only see the items shown in the Print Friendly window.

    • Can only display one SharePoint List in Gantt View.

    Limitations:

    • This web part is not tested in an environment where SP 2007 is in-placed upgraded to SP 2010.
    • This web part does not support BDC connection yet.
