Will Bamboo's solutions and products be available on Office 365?
Microsoft Office 365 (hosting solution provided by Microsoft) comes in 2 types: Multi-Tennant and Dedicated. Currently, all Bamboo products require server-side
installation and server-side installation is not supported in a Multi-Tennant environment. The only exception is Bamboo World Clock and Weather App currently
available through the SharePoint App Store.
Office 365 Dedicated environments, also known as Office 365-D, does allow server-side installations, however, the components require certification by Microsoft
prior to deployment. Bamboo Solutions is currently working with Microsoft but no products at this time are supported in Office 365-D.

For most products, one per Web Front End (WFE) server. A WFE server is any farm server running the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application (on SharePoint 2010) or the Windows SharePoint Services Web Application (on SharePoint 2007) which serves pages to users.
To determine which servers on the farm run these services, go to Central
Administration > Operations > Servers in Farm on
SharePoint 2007, or Central Administration > System Settings > Manage Servers in this Farm on SharePoint 2010.
Desktop applications, such as List Bulk Import and List Bulk Export, require one license per instance. There are a few products, such as Office to PDF Convertor, which are licensed per SharePoint farm.
Will my Bamboo licenses expire?
No, however, there may be a fee to upgrade from one major version to another.

How do I fix that?
In general, the Web License Manager (WLM) does not show up in Central Administration if the WLM feature for the Central Administration
Web application is not active, or a product such as the UrlScan Security Tool has been installed. In the case of URLScan, it needs to be configured to allow the URL for WLM to be used, even though it contains a "."
For more information about activating the WLM feature, please see: KB.12537 - PROBLEM: I do not see Bamboo License Manager in SharePoint 2010 Central Administration; KB.12358 - PROBLEM: Web License Manager not shown in Central Admin
